Neil Wray
Director
Neil is a director of ACT Education. He has over 20 years of experience in health, social care and security management.
He specialises in risk management, the management of violence and aggression and physical interventions.

Amy Gray Chilton
Director/Safeguarding Team Member
Amy is a director at ACT Education. With 20 years of experience in specialist education, she has a passion for providing excellence in training delivery to all learners and employers.
She is the driving force behind our amazing team of tutors and ensures that the same passion is embedded throughout the ACT Education team.
Along with her job role she is also readily available as a safeguard team member, She oversees the implementation of policies and procedures to prevent abuse and neglect, and provides support to those who have experienced harm.

Blake Robinson
Managing Director
Blake has worked in the education sector for over 20 years starting as a trainer in the engineering sector to working his way through to management and then senior management in some of the largest training and education providers in the North East. He is passionate about improving the learner journey and forging strong relationships with employers to ensure the continual development of staff and businesses.

James Alan Parker
Quality Director
Alan is a highly experienced EQA, IQA and Assessor working with numerous awarding bodies. Alan works as quality lead supporting and promoting the active training interventions developed by the group and assist the learners progression.

Donna Smith
Head of Operations/Safeguarding Team Member
Donna has worked in administration her whole career and has held a number of secretarial and personal assistant positions in her career, supporting legal teams and executives in different sectors.
Donna is a member of the domestic violence champions network supported by Northumbria police. She attends twice annual meetings and regularly attends training courses to keep her knowledge current.

Leanne Culyer
Learning and Development Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the care industry, Leanne is Industry recognised and shows responsibility for the learning of her delegates. She always makes time for her staff members and does everything she can to help with staff issues or questions.
She is a member of the local authority sab and regularly attends the meetings bringing back this vital information to the team.

Amy Stockdale
Content Creator Tutor
Amy is a member of the Creative Content Apprenticeship Team and has trained students of all backgrounds in the digital sector for over 6 years. Passionate about storytelling in digital spaces, her goal is to help her learners better understand their creative abilities and translate these through content produced for a modern digital marketing strategy.

Anthony Sharpe
Content Creator Tutor
Anthony is a member of the Creative Content Apprenticeship Team, bringing his knowledge of graphic design, web design, marketing and digital art with him. Currently,
Anthony also has the skills to assist ACT in developing their website and assist with all design inquiries. He has been a graphic designer for the past few years, working in advertising, website construction, digital art and content creation.

Paul Riley
Tutor/Trainer
Paul is an assessor, facilitating and assessing diplomas in health and social care up to level 5. Paul has in-depth knowledge of challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.

Graham Cummings
Care Tutor
Graham started with us as a learner, his experience in the care sector displays his own personal development.
With this regard he is now focusing on training needs using his own development as an example to his leaner group.

Emma Boyle
PBS Trainer
Emma has spent her working career within the travel industry, hospitality and 15 years within the health and social care sector. She is an enthusiastic and fun member of the team with a friendly personality.
Emma works within our operations team supporting the enrolment of new learners whilst building positive relationships with employers/learners during their learner journey. Emma offers pastoral care through wellbeing, safeguarding and promoting additional needs whether this be internally or externally.
