Content Creator Tutor Application
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
ACT Education is looking to expand its team of Content Creator tutors. Supporting their learners through their digital apprenticeships, our tutors can provide our students with a wide scope of knowledge surrounding various digital marketing and content creation subjects. They also have a core knowledge* of the apprenticeship assessment process and understand how to nurture a learner to provide them with the confidence they need to pass their End Point Assessment.
We are ideally looking for full-time tutors, however, part-time staff are welcome and we encourage you to apply if you feel your experience is suitable for the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee a group of apprentices through their training to End Point Assessment of an Apprenticeship Standard
• Deliver face-to-face and online training to your learners
• Accurately track and log learner progress using software provided
• Assess learner submissions and provide feedback to support learner progression
• Maintain adherence to OfSted and Apprenticeship Standard requirements
• Be part of an engaged and supportive training team
• Support the development of innovative and engaging educational practices
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve team and company goals
• Work with some truly amazing, inspiring people and businesses locally, regionally and nationwide and support them with their content creation abilities
Desirable Requirements:
-Teaching qualification but not essential because full training and AET qualification given
-Hold a valid driving licence
-Digital marketing/content creator background
Essential Requirements:
You must be enthusiastic and driven with a passion for content creation.

• Confident speaking with others (both face to face and online)
• Presentation skills
• Able to work on their own as well as a team player
• Time and diary management skills required
